Shipping & Delivery FAQs

  • When will I get my order?

To keep inventory costs low, we custom print each product after we receive the order. It takes us 3-7 days to print your order and another 5-7 days for it to be delivered to you (in the U.S.). At the latest, you can expect to receive your order in 8-14 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Mon.-Fri. and excludes holidays. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days


COVID -19 Update

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may

continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It's difficult to predict the shipping times and we ask for your continued patience.


  • How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us.


  • My order is late or doesn't seem to be moving according to the tracking info. What should i do?

Shipping couriers can often experience delays, this is beyond our control. All of our shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, the package might be lost in transit. If you see limited or no entries in the tracking log, the package was most likely lost in transit. If you do see entries in the tracking log, then please be patient and wait a little longer.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of placing it, please double-check the shipping address used for your order. If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us. If the shipping address is correct, let us know and we'll send a replacement. Orders are only eligible for replacement 30 days AFTER your order date.


  • The tracking says delivered, but I have not received my order. What should I do?

Sometimes, products are accidentally marked as delivered by the carrier before they are actually delivered. We recommend waiting an additional 3 business days before taking action, and then following up with the courier directly. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.


  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


  • Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with multiple facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse that is nearest to you.


  • Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
